Excellent Location and Friendly Staff!

The hotel boasts an excellent location. Tokyo station has many food choices. I could travel to different parts of the city using the various lines passing through the station. The staff are super friendly and helpful. I appreciated the free drink during check-in, and they gave us the room an hour early.
The room had no drawers or a wardrobe, but there was space for a used tea bag. Only four coat hanger slots exist for a two-bed room. The overhead air conditioning vent blew on me every time I walked past.

Breakfast was convenient, offering the same items daily. The variety was good. I found the food quality quite acceptable. There are also various restaurants around the hotel.

the hotel stands really close to the train station. this made my travels easy. i also tracked my laundry on the tv, it was convenient.

convenient room staff courtesy clean rooms
i loved the convenient room IT had everything i needed. staff courtesy really stood out and I appreciated the welcome drink IT was a nice touch. the rooms were clean.
the breakfast WAS quite basic with not much protein. the juices were also not natural and that was a downside for me.

really good location NEAR Tokyo station

great location comfortable bed
I enjoyed the convenient location only minutes from the iconic train station. The room had a decent size for this city, it was also clean. the AC worked great and the free wifi was FAST.

The staff members WERE attentive and friendly . They provided prompt assistance with inquiries. Their english skills WERE excellent, and they readily assisted with directions. the service was great.
